What does your pet waste removal service consist of?
Our Pet Waste Disposal Tech will walk through all exposed areas of a yard twice and remove the waste, bagging it in bio-degradable trash bags. All our tools are disinfected after each visit to prevent contamination and spreading of germs, viruses and parasites. Yard deodorizing, hard surface disinfecting can be provided for an additional fee.

Who can get service?
We service individual yards, parks, multi-family communities and businesses.

Can my dog be in the yard during the service visit?
Dogs that are friendly and will allow us to enter the yard may remain in the yard. However, dogs that are aggresive, that get in the way of service or that won't let us into the yard should be removed from the area for safety. If we are in any way concerned for our safety, the service will not be performed and we will knock on he door or leave a note explaining the problem. All dogs who are left in the yard are required to have their rabies shots up to date or we will not enter the property. For information on animal vaccinations, visit the American Veterinary Medical Association.

Do I need to be present at the time of service?
As long as we can get into the area to be cleaned, no one needs to be present. However, you do need to be present at the initial visit. During the initial visit, we will be introducing ourselves, assessing the area to be cleaned, getting to know the pets that may be present during service and taking care of authorization forms allowing us access to your property for service.

Do I need to sign a contract?
No. Your service can be started or cancelled as necessary. However, clients who choose to sign a contract for 3 or more months will receive discounted prices since removal on a regular basis makes clean-up quicker and easier. If you need to cancel a regularly scheduled service, please call us 48 hours in advance.

How can I pay for service?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and checks, money orders or cash. We will mail you a statement on the 15th of each month. This statement is a bill for your next month's service. Your statement lists the services you will receive, including any prorated weeks from initial sign up date, and the amount due for the next month. Payment is always due on the 1st of each month. If you can't mail your check by the 5th please include a $10.00 late fee. If we don't receive payment including the late fee by the 10th we will be forced to suspend service until payment is made. All returned checks will be assessed a $30.00 returned check fee. If you need to make payment arrangements, call us at (360) 778-1291 between 8 am and 5 pm.
